Bought Hilux in April 2019. I flew from Ireland and was met at airport. Jeep was exactly as described on phone. It was a pleasure to do business with this man. Would deal with again.

I could have not had a more better experience any where else. In fact I don’t want to buy another vehicle from any where else because they won’t be able to match the service Simon has provided. To start of it was very easy to contact Simon, even tho I was miles away. Simon is a really nice person who understands the smallest of details. I am very fussy, but was given extremely detailed photos of the Hilux. I wanted to know every imperfection. I ask so many questions and they were all answered. After going through some paper work which Simon made very clear and easy, it drove extremely well and everything worked. So I’m just sorry it has taken so long to do the review, but how’s 2 years with no problems on my hilux, that’s a very fine example of how good Straightrange is, if I’m being honest you won’t find a better place to buy a vehicle, but to go even further you will not find a more decent and fair person than Simon. Thank you.

Really lovely guy to deal with. Arranged for car to be brought to Leeds (closer to my home in Sheffield). Smooth transaction. Offered fair price for my car and was available post sale when i experienced some difficulties with the car i purchased. Would recommend.

We called dealer receiving polite text message immediately advising us he was with another client but giving us a callback time, which he kept to. Despite only having one car photo (he had obtained the car that morning) further requested photos were text to us within 15mins with EVERY query I threw at him (I’m a fussy buyer & asked many) answered promptly. We were nervous second hand car buyers, exhausted from running from garage to garage & feeling pressure from all of them so this dealer was refreshing. A fantastic test drive at speed & then on tight corners as he made sure we really tried the car & felt comfortable We felt he was professional, fair, knowledgeable but gave us enough alone time to discuss our options. This made the experience much more positive and reassuring. All documentation was text to us before we arrived to see the car so no time wasted. No pressure,no manipulation dealer &we drove the car away the same day. All tax was handled there & then too. A*

We usually both hate going through the car buying process, but Straightrange was smooth, easy and most of all we didn't feel like we were being fleeced. Since buying the car, we had a minor issue with the electric window which was rectified immediately under warranty. We certainly recommend Straightrange to anyone who wants to just pay a fair price and deal with an honest salesman.

Hi just got myself a Toyota hilux single cab pick up from Simon at straightrang ltd after been ripped off and sold a duff truck the help he give me was the best I’ve had couldn’t do enough for me so helpful and polite even took my old truck as a deposit even though it want fixing he said he would get it put right so other people wouldn’t get ripped off like I have which was a big help for me as all my money was in that truck really big thank you to Simon for all he has done I’m over the moon with new truck

Simon was really accommodating- meeting us on a Sunday, organising the a service and even changing two of the tyres and touching up a chip on the bonnet as part of the service. Due to it being a surprise it was difficult to arrange collection, again he offered to bring the car to us if that made it easier. Altogether a pleasant buying experience.
